Very interesting sim on the edge of the Bountiful Continent, the Aspen Harbor sim is mixed light commercial and industrial mixed with some nice waterfront homes.

The region is developed.. streets, stores, and houses.  There are some beautiful house sites that are hugging the rugged coastline.  If you like living in a vibrant, small city area you may like this.

Do you like the feel of an industrial harbor full of activity? There are cranes and locks and ferries nearby. The sim is attached to the rest of the bountiful continent. You can take the ferry across to Silverbell Wharf and drive from there all over the place. Even to Key West. Here the a smoky sunset is about to drop by the docks.

We are hoping to have ferry service here to the continent.

The surrounding areas of the homes are totally developed. You only need bring your furniture, watercraft if you like and some trees and flowers.

This is a new area and it is a niche place but its not the usual tropical beach feel.  Which can suit some fine!
