Luxury Lands encompasses four sims of beautifulness.

Franco's Place has parcels fit for a King, Duke or even an Earl. And, grand shopping with many exclusive items as well as the beautiful and romantic ballroom.

Luster holds secret romance encounter skyrooms, an xxx shop, Rendevous club, and formalwear shops in a gorgeous French provincial setting.

Palatial Estates and Cambridge are two areas of large, secluded parcels for VIP's (resident only).

This is a must see area for all of our residents single or looking for love.

The Palm Islands is our newest and exclusive resident-only area. The islands are meant to mimic the beautiful artificial islands created in the waters surrounding Dubai. Here you have the option of living in the palm "Fronds" (Circular islands) or the parcels of the palm "trunk. Both areas have road and water access to the entire Bountiful continent area.

There are a few provisions for living in this area. Builds landscaping docks, etc, is encouraged on your parcel. Please keep to an Arabian or Mediterranean theme of villas and tropical plantings, keeping in mind that this area is virtually gated and posh. You must be a Neverworld resident to live here and belong to our VIP Resident Parcel group.

You will find some furnishings and homes in the central open-air little market area to inspire you to live like royalty in our Dubai-themed islands.

\Are you a live performer, host or DJ looking for a stable home in the metaverse? Neverworld is your new forever home with almost nine years of drama free living.

Emerald Shores is a themed residential region for our entertainment staff. Beautiful large parcels are yours here and they are "plug and play". There are house rezzers on most of the parcels, so you can just find a house you love and furnish it.

If you are new the grid, we have a whole street of pratical shops for the new entertainer including: a store for DJ supplies, quick change avatars and clothing and other essential items. This large 5x5 sim also includes a music venue for practicing.

Cloudburst Roads is the home of Never Riders, the touring group and there are beautiful home parcels there for club members.

The homes are already installed, just click the rental box to claim, and bring your own furniture and landscaping.

Almost all of the homes have garages and each is attached to the road system.

All have jaw dropping mountain views.

You must belong to the Never Riders tour group to rez there. (Ask one of the Officers to Add you to the club). By the way, the Never Riders meets weeks at 2 pm SLT on Wednesdays with tour sims to be announced before.
