Unable To Login

I'm unable to login to the Neverworld Grid using the Firestorm viewer. I tried using all lowercase letters in my username with no space, I tried it using uppercase for the first and last name with no space, with a space, and with a period between first and last name. I even changed my password hoping that would help. None of that worked to get me logged into the grid. I keep getting an error that my credentials can't be confirmed. I did reply to the confirmation email, so I'm not sure what to do at this point. Please help.
